Returns must be made within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.
A $9.99 restocking fee per order will be applied to any returns.

The customer is responsible for emailing customerservice@day1fit.com to request a return authorization # for each order/item you are sending back. You must include the return authorization number on the outside of the package as well as the inside of the package.
Customer Service will also provide a return label for you.
